My gripe with the episode was the very fact that Oliver was offered the chance to be the next Ra's. Nyssa has probably been training and killing since she was ten or so, she's the one that really deserves to be his heir.

So much so that there are already Peggy/Angie fanfictions out there.

Yeah I fell for it too, I didn't realize that it was a con until the dangling guy asked 'What took you so long?' and then shook hands with Jimmy.

Yeah I see your point. I've thought about this too and like you said, it's going to be a different experience. A friend of mine has actually seen the first two BCS episodes without fully being caught up on BB. She's on season 3, so she has a general idea about Saul. She was a bit confused in the start of the pilot

The Kettleman answering machine message and the campfire singing was hilariously cringe-worthy. Even the kids are relieved after Jimmy (essentially the man who scared the shit out of them a minute ago) tells them that they're going home.

Yeah but with this being a prequel, Gilligan and Co. are creating a link between Jimmy's transition to Saul. And knowing how Saul was in Breaking Bad adds to the experience of Better Call Saul, don't you think?

Terry stomping on the burning oatmeal was hilarious.

I'm all for it, but he could have meant it as wanting to clear off his 'reputation' as the immature colleague between Holt's social circle.

And her disgruntled reactions to people's kids.

Sherlock holiday special: Switched at birth

I love Sherlock but yeah, the show is problematic at times and the queerbaiting on that show is frustrating (Not to mention the cringe-worthy scenes of constant reminders where John exclaims 'I'm not gay!')

I agree, I think the series might be him sort of remembering the start of his glory days(or transforming into Saul Goodman).

Isn't it Jody Mills?

That was immensely satisfying. I thought they would have her still emotionally invested in him or something. No-nonsense Skye who doesn't take any shit from Ward is the best.

"I think you're a man out for his own gain no matter who you're charging. You are constantly finding holes to slither your way into in the hope of finding loose change, only to cry when you're bitten by another snake. You're a man who says, 'I love you' whilst looking over a woman's shoulder into the mirror."

I rolled my eyes when they went further and had Peggy commenting that Jarvis had a tell. I think it would have worked better if the tell was something more subtle than tugging ears.

That was really ridiculous. Merely inking the hair in the photo when you can't even see her face? 'Oh heey now that I have darkened her hair, her built looks astonishingly similar to Peggy's….'

I still think she could be a secret badass. As much as I love Peggy, it would be great to have more ass-kicking women who aren't evil.

Just Ward. The rest hardly infuriate me as much as he does. (And it's not even all because of the 'He was Hydra' plot)

It took him a long time to figure out lens miniaturization.
