2014 version of Gamora was brought along with Thanos when he came to the post-snap reality.  She met with Peter (and attacked him after he tried to touch her).  After Thanos was taken care of, she disappeared off to do her own thing (her walking away was a scene removed from Endgame).

The Gamora that after the final battle disappears.  They REALLY should have kept that deleted scene in.  Would have helped some viewers.
