Well, the server was installed to handle Clinton Foundation email initially, so that’s probably not exactly right. But whoever made it so she could send state dept. email to her personal server certainly should shoulder some blame for being super fucking terrible at his or her job.

If she set up something like the old outlook express it would download new emails. They didn’t even say which account of hers they are from, did they? My guess is it’s entirely duplicates of what they’ve seen elsewhere.
