Any pic of Larry David smirking puts a big smile on my face. Can't wait for more Curb. (I mean, I can, until the official release!)

I think the only GOT episode leak was from people at HBO's distributor in India, unrelated to the hack.

Interesting, but the true appeal of Trader Joe's remains: keeping the really, really foul-smelling shoppers away from the other supermarkets.

Jewel, Ralphs, or Mariano’s

L.A. Confidential brims with great performances and a great story. It's a top-notch adaptation, trim & tight, of a complicated novel. It's scary how good Russell Crowe and Guy Pearce are in their first Hollywood movie.

(insane and/or really hot)

The Ice Storm is the sleeper on this list, a fine work from Ang Lee with a fantastic cast — Kline, Allen, Sigourney Weaver, and teenage Christina Ricci whom I really found captivating back then.

WE'RE SO LAME!

Speaking of which, does the "Asian" filter just make you a worse driver? Does "Caucasian" remove your sense of rhythm? So many questions.

Come on, people — let's put ethnicity filters where they belong: on dating apps.

(That long season with an aim at U.S. airing was unfortunate; a lot of the best material

Oh, but the AV Club nurtures a much classier, more worldly type of douchebag than Reddit.

Better Things was very enjoyable, and I think it has a good chance of being even better in the next season. The girls I thought were not quite up to the level of the daughters on Louie, in terms of performance, but Pamela Adlon is awesome and some of the other adults had some great scenes too. Adlon has this

"'I surely am not unfond of you, Peggy, I tell you what.' What kind of marriage proposal is that??"

I would have bet my entire measly net worth that this quote would be here within minutes. It's almost like fans don't remember any other (just as funny) lines.

Very hard to find this comment to reply to (the stickied copy at the top has no Reply button)… Anyway, re: travel time, Dany flying and Dothraki on horseback are much faster than the Lannister army gathering wagonfuls of barley or whatever. I'm more confused about Cersei repaying the bank; how did Tyrells have
