The phrase "Trump supporter" has a different meaning now than 6 months ago. It is now very misleading and thus risks being meaningless; is *everyone* who consistently votes Republican actually a fan of this terrible candidate? Of course not, but millions of center/right people can't stomach the Clintons or their

The world is not run by artists, it is run by businessmen, and the corporate world benefits from conservative economic policy — at the expense of the working class and the poor, hence the major political divide. The realms of academia and the arts have long been filled with progressives, but those people can only

Of course it might approach 50%, because we only ever have two parties with a realistic chance at presidential victory, and when was the last time someone had a landslide win? "Supporters" of a given candidate are partly the die-hards, and partly the reluctant voters who hate the other party more.

Actually, I rather enjoy him… But he would see Shit Mountain burn if he could be king of the turds.

This time I hope he hides in a dishwasher.

Actually I think a show set in the 1920's-40's about the revolutionary Broadway creators (Kern, Hammerstein, Rodgers, Hart, Gershwin, Porter, Abbott, Robbins et al) could be fascinating, though these days it would be for a rather small niche audience, sadly.

This isn't Cannavale's fault, but his Vinyl character looked too much like Little Carmine Lupertazzi for me to take him seriously.

This series showed a lot of promise, and had top-notch creators at the helm, but it was awfully frustrating to watch. Since Mad Men ended I was eager for another great 60s or 70s period drama, especially something with HBO behind it, but this wasn't quite it.

I guess many of the cons have only scored minor characters for their panels. At Wales this year they got fan-favorite Bronn, but otherwise it was more like Mace, Fat Walda and good-ol' Ros. Oh, and Shireen — that little Kerry Ingram is rather… grown up now, I must say.

I think the writers missed an opportunity here for a snarky comment from the guys, as at one point Pipey was clearly blowing himself.

The Room 1 & 2 are wonderful, but The Room Three is even much more amazingly beautiful and awesome. It's the best game in the "escape" or puzzle genre that I've yet seen, that could be considered an heir of Myst and Riven (though not ultimately as difficult, and without the vast scope across islands/ages/etc.). Of

As long as Good-Lookin' George Eads is still with the project, all is well. Carry on!

I think the CinemaSins stuff ("everything wrong with X…") is much more annoying. Honest Trailers can be pretty funny, especially with truly crappy movies, redundant sequels, etc., but even with better-received films like, say, Magic Mike (and its aaaaaaaaaaabs).

I dunno, I laugh every time they refer to the Twilight guy as Shovelface. And their brutal assessments of terrible writing and acting are amusingly great at showing how godawful so many films are.

So sad that it has come to this for TV's beloved Hank.

We can post links to gifs, etc., hosted externally (like imgur), right? Maybe its best that we don't have embedding of images within these comments, lest it become a visual crapfest (like some "chans" that will remain nameless).

Forget Adult Swim on dates, then, and put on Archer instead. Then you can ask her if she's more of a Pam or a Cheryl… or a Katya. Or a Malory. Kinda hot no matter the answer!

there’s always that one you never quite find the time to get around to. Until you realize it contains that profile of Lena Dunham everyone’s talking about, and then you have to go dig it out from under the pile of papers to recycle

Yeah… Once again, choosing my idol for my avatar has proven rather a double-edged sword. Also, I cannot figure out how to manipulate the f!@#$%g disqus (on this account which I created on the old system).
