"Mellie has shown herself once and for all to be a world-class bitch with a hole in her soul." Gee, you make that sound like it's news—or a bad thing. (But then, you also seem to think she "spun her rape for political advantage," when the only thing she did with her rape is tell no one about it for more than fifteen

Except the issue wasn't adultery. It was, "Our daughter was captured on film having sex because you're a bad, neglectful mother."

The woman who had to cover up his own sex tape by claiming it was her he was having sex with on the tape?

That Mellie line wasn't at all hypocritical, because Fitz getting on his high horse about the sex tape and blaming Mellie was rich considering HE had a sex tape go public—the one with Olivia in Season 1 that Mellie then had to cover up for him and claim was her. Yeah, Mellie was the one who had to fix that. She's in

Much, much better than last week, but geez Fitz is stupid. I can't even be annoyed by it. I'm just tired. So so stupid. Trusting Rowan? Ever? Really? It was dumb at the end of last season, and it's dumb now. So so dumb.

I'm a little sad Ed Weeks isn't getting more love in the comments here—and it took me this long to find the first (and so far, only) comment about him—considering he made the episode for me (and there's a sentence I never thought I'd write). For all the bitching about Gwen's review, at least she didn't overlook him.

No complaints here. I love this type of episode—just 20-odd minutes of hanging out with characters I genuinely like, no one being an asshole, no manufactured drama, just good characters being funny and entertaining. Just what I needed after a long day.

Mellie should have shoved Abby off the damn balcony for daring to speak to her, and for that terrible speech. For a second there, she was working the crazy eyes and I got my hopes up…and it didn't happen. That was her only misstep in an otherwise stellar episode for Mellie. (And shut up, Abby.)

This is what I waiting for Myles to discuss in the review, though it looks like he didn't know. It's what always stuck with me about the episode (because there's not much else there), though Cuse's story in your link is slightly different from what was said at the time. Back then, the story reported by the gossip

Always glad to see some love for the Jin/Sun pairing, especially how polarizing their episodes can be. I always loved them, and can't think of an episode of television that made me cry harder than the one with their ultimate fate.

I expressed a half-serious opinion about the show based on the promotional material, which exists for the purpose of judging whether the show is something the viewer would want to watch.

Ugh. I never watched "Six Feet Under," but I remember when the above image was being used in the ads for it and the irrational hatred I had for it based on that picture alone. There's something so off-putting about it—the stupid cheesy faces they're making, the dumb poses, the forced whimsy of it… All it tells me is

Bellamy Young! I've been waiting for her to get some recognition since Season 2, so it's nice to finally see it. I'm sure she doesn't have a chance of winning against Gunn, but the nomination is very, very well deserved.

But MVP goes to three, Bomer, Parsons (perfect) and the actor that played the part of GHMC board guy that was threatened with his job with the city….in fact that guy was absolutely fantastic.

Yep. And I love this headline on a Deadline article from this morning: "ABC’s Paul Lee Defends ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Move To 8 PM, Cultural Diversity Of New Series, ‘Trophy Wife’ Cancelation"

They don't look that similar to me, other than the fact that they're all about non-white characters. One is a multi-cam sitcom, one is a single-cam set in the present-day, and one is a single-cam set in the '90s. No one was saying "Modern Family," "Suburgatory," "The Middle," "The Goldbergs," "Last Man Standing" and

I like Sleepy Hollow, but I'm very glad to see shows where non-white characters are allowed to be the leads (and entire casts), instead of supporting characters in a white guy's story. Yeah, SH's diversity is nice to see, but would it be possible if the main character wasn't white? Somehow I doubt it.

This episode was absolutely perfect…and makes it so that I never want to watch the show again (and very well may not). Because this is a far better series finale than I ever thought I'd get from the show, and I don't want to watch them ruin it to keep things going. Emily whacking Victoria in the face with a shovel?

PS: Something else I love: that Mindy (the writer) managed to get Chris Messina's pants off so we got a completely gratuitous look at his ass in his underwear. Always appreciated.

I love this show. I have no idea where they'll go from here or whether this will be another show that goes downhill once it puts the leads together, but right now, I'm not even close to caring.
