Not particularly; I guess I was more referring to comments and general discussion on other sites.  I've really only read two or three of Scott's reviews, so I can't quite remember what I thought of them.  But nitpicky probably wasn't even the word I was actually going for, there.

@avclub-3ceebd97be4d15313b9ffff365b2bec3:disqus I don't think anything he said was meant to pertain to the entire series.  He said the first season was uneventful and he detected no signs that things would pick up.  It's an opinion that differs from yours; you don't have to make him out to be an asshole because of it.
