The GTA 4 port from console to PC was horrible. Whoever was in charge of it failed. My guess is, they don't give a shit about PC players anymore, they only care about console gamers. I don't expect GTA 5 on PC to be any better… not that I'll find out though… GTA 4 was so bad, they won't be getting any more of my money.
