I have to strongly disagree with you here. I found episodes 7 and 8 to be the best episodes of the series so far, with real stakes, interesting additions to the overall mystery, and great character moments. Rhys Darby is great.

Without any spoilers: The final two episodes of season one are actually the best two episodes of the season.

I still wouldn't put any Season 6 or 7 episodes in the shows top 20 episodes.

Season 5 is the dark times.

After seeing photos of the cast of The Americans in wigs, it should have been clear a long time ago that Trump was a Russian asset.

I still maintain that "Dare to Be Stupid" is the best Devo song.

Thank you, Mr. Butlertron.

On the other hand, Reagan hated Russia.

No, that's not his argument. His argument is that Hitler didn't come into power calling for the extermination of the Jews. He came into power blaming the Jews for every single societal problem he could (unemployment and crime being two major ones) and therefore they should be subject to additional restrictions when

Yeah, but Donald Trump retweets actual, honest-to-God Nazis and their propaganda.

Of course since then Pixar has made Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, WALL-E, Up, Toy Story 3 and Inside Out, while Dreamworks has made five Madagascar movies, four additional Shrek movies, three Kung Fu Panda movies, two How to Train Your Dragon movies, Monsters vs. Aliens, Shark Tale, The Croods, Turbo and Bee Movie.

He came to my attention playing a very silly character on Psych.

Kevin Chapman seems built for that show, to be honest. Also, it's hard for me to watch the Anthony Hopkins role and think "If this wasn't on HBO, John Nolan would be playing this role.

…well played.

I actually think Jimmi Simpson gives the most important performance in Westworld.

It's also directly compared to Skyfall, perhaps the best looking Bond movie of all time.

It's amazing with Westworld getting so much love there hasn't been so much as a thinkpiece comparing the two shows.

The show is slow to get running. The pilot is good but also a bit of a mess (it was trimmed down from about 1:20 runtime, and it shows). The show's next 'great' episode is Episode 7, and Episode 13 is also a pretty great episode. If you make it to this point, and you don't like the show, it's probably not a good fit

Poor Fusco.

Jackson Browne has a great story about "These Days". He gave Anderson permission to use the song in the movie, then totally forgot about it. He was in a movie theater watching the movie when the song comes on and he goes "Hey, I used to play like that"…
