I think that we need to give some love to Shonda Rhimes for her soundtracking.  I cannot think of a better song for that countdown montage than "You're All I Need to Get By."  Really perfect.

I know it such a small thing, but my only compaint with this show is that I hate shows set in NYC that are so obviously filmed elsewhere.  We don't have blue street signs in Manhattan.

Thought it was a great episode.  However, one technical issue.  As this is supposed to be taking place in Chicago, the editors need to be more careful about having major NYC landmarks like Radio Cty Music Hall in the background of exterior shots (when Elsbeth was talking to the Trasury guy).
