I don't mean popcorn in terms of tone, but in how serious we're supposed to respect the show as the audience.

"repeating “indubitably” in response to just about any question"
-somebody watched "Shaq and the Super Lakers"

Let's see if the other 3 of us show up to comment.

You can't buy the election or the school or the luncheonette storylines, but you can definitely buy them as family, which kind of smooths over those other ridiculous parts. Now about Drew's douchy college friends…

Well said. The one part of the finale I hated the most wasn't the technology/religious ending stuff, it was Adama. Like, him and Roslin have their moment, which is nice, and he just…stays there? Like, he has a son! Right there! Go see him!

Liked the 1st ep enough to keep going but now I think I'll bail. I think if someone's watching this kind of a popcorn show, they don't want something this heavy.

The moment Corey Stoll left, the show lost whatever potential it had to be more than a pretty show with Spacey chewing scenery

In season 3, they'll introduce the long lost brother Sy, who was of course adopted by a Mr. and Mrs. Meez.

NOT GENDRY'S BOAT

Just watch TNT in the morning and pretend it's 2005.

Luckily for them, the advanced technology they're about to encounter knows how to produce children that rapidly age to 18. I know this because their casting call is looking for actors in their mid to late 20s.

Justifying leaving your close, trustworthy friends out of the loop because you changed in those 5 years away from Starling City?

It's definitely not as aesthetically appealing.

Right, I meant that the show kind of eliminated my version because she's not in hiding and didn't give up the Force.

It might be important to note that this is the start of the rebellion, so they're not as formidable as in the films.

It was very BlackWarGreymon

I imagined it as a conversation right after the fall of the republic, after Obi-Wan and Yoda form their plan,, and then they never saw each other again.

If you haven't check out his commentaries with RebelForce Radio on all the movies and occasional Clone Wars recap podcasts (Mortis, the Yoda arc among others). Great insight and personal stories.

Yep, Vader will make it as painful as possible.
