What I did: Watched the premiere, skipped the next couple of crap episodes, watched "Rise of the Old Masters" and kind of went from there. The finale is very good.

I don't think anything drastic will happen to her. I think it's probably a set up for her to have Rex be the only person she tells and maybe we get how Filoni would have ended Clone Wars in flashback form through Rex.

I always liked the idea that despite giving up being a Jedi, Ahsoka had been watching over Leia like Obi-Wan with Luke because she was one of the only people Obi-Wan and Yoda could bring into the loop. Obviously that's out the window now.

It's well worth your time. Wasn't Weisman put in charge of another project?

And Witwer continues to be the perfect Emperor. He should have gotten the gig after Abercrombie's passing.

After not getting into Season 1 full time until the end, I'm having a ridiculous time avoiding reading the review and comments until I can watch it. I trust Filoni and loved Weisman's Young Justice (I know he's not on Rebels anymore but still) but in no way did I think this show was going to deliver an episode like

I respect the heck of that answer, as usually people have to make up cliches about how pros don't care and stuff like that to support their college fandom. Cheers!

That's fine, just understand the logic doesn't hold. BTW, and I ask this without snark: Considering the skill and effort is so much lower, what makes it more entertaining for you?

There's many, many examples of where people getting taken advantage of feel the system is OK (including many involving issues much more extreme than sports). That logic just doesn't hold up. One of the objectives of an unfair system is to make the small people feel powerless and "happy with what they get."

Same here, never understood why anyone would care how a school does. People resent pro athletes for the money they make, but have no problem with how much money college football takes to run.

It's not a free education if you have to do something (in this case get your brain beat in, which is kind of a detriment to education) in order to get it.

It really can't be what it used to be. No one needs it to know what happened anymore, especially in the morning. It's true they don't alue their best talent, but I'm hopeful for SVP's new show, and when someone like Lindsey Czarniak is on, it's still a good program. It goes to crap with the young ones trying to

To be fair, nobody watches that stuff for the most part. They did have to get more competitive in terms of vying for viewership. I'm not saying it isn't disheartening as a tennis fan to read tweets of "why the hell is womens tennis on tv, wheres my first take" but hey, most people are stupid and their viewership

This is the same network that often pairs NotCal Ripken and Harold Reynolds. I wouldn't give it too much praise.

I'd argue the opposite. Around the Horn is great depending on the cast (Bomani, Pablo, Cowlishaw keep on sports and are legitimately insightful, Bob Ryan is behind the times but is an old school encyclopedia, but any combo of Paige, Plaschke, Isola, Blackistone is unwatchable). On the other hand, Kornheiser hasn't

I'd watch a season with the most hated players ever if they would get rid of Julie Chen. On a serious note, they didn't even bother to cast a token middle age person this year. All 21-33. Vanessa Rousso should make for a fun watch though (at first I thought it was Selbst)

Well not really. I've greatly enjoyed Thrones but it doesn't come close to Breaking Bad or Mad Men and probably not FNL either.

I'm with you. I really liked the ending to both shows. The final seasons were shaky (Temple Others and uh, I kinda forgot the latter part of BSG other than religious (redacted character)) but I enjoyed both finales. Or rather I didn't hate the future part of BSG that everyone else did, I hated the part where the two

Rickon's playing the long game. Having no personality traits whatsoever means it is impossible to give him a poetic or ironic death.

Seeing Cotton-Eye Joe and MTV's The Challenge besmirched in the same article/comment section has me in a seething rage, though it's somewhat offset by the concept of Jenny McCarthy never becoming famous.
