I knew going in and wasn't affected. 1. It has a build-up. 2. Iris scenes are the worst anyways.

Sounds like everything was above board there.

Not sure I've ever seen a *good* comedy ad. Most seasons have the same distribution: 1 classic, 1 clunker, everything else in the C+ to B+ range. It's worth the time to get to the great ones.

I'm hoping this is sarcasm, considering Singletary was an abomination of a head coach and Kaepernick was (and still is) better than Alex Smith ever was.

I can only speak for myself, but having watched the series once through last year, and waiting to do a rewatch until I get through some other shows, the thing that sticks with me from JLU (and other shows) isn't the plots, whether they made sense, etc, but rather how they made me feel. So I don't remember whether I

Just watched it this week and I'm with you. Positively loved it, minor quibbles aside.

As someone who just watched it a month or two ago, I will say I loved the final sequence (as long as it is what I think it is, the future scene). In fact, it made me less enraged at the handful of moronic scenes that preceded it.

Did they know? Oh god, I'm forgetting plot points of one of my favorite shows. I don't think it was that prevalent beyond that one alien.

"I see a man, and a woman"

He has no speaking lines in the episode, but when Shayera goes to him and simply says "tell me about my son"…Chills.

I thought they did follow it up pretty well. Remember her conversation with Superboy in the ship when they were alone. The show didn't do the absolute crap that Parenthood has in blaming the cheated on partner for the breakup because he didn't forgive the cheater. M'Gann clearly got the blame, and also faced the

Not reading the comments yet because it's on right now for us West Coasters but 2 thoughts:
1. Jon and Jaclyn would have benefited PR-wise from having their segment with the kids aired weeks ago.
2. Feels like they could have given Jaclyn a shirt while they were there.

Great post. I recently finished my first watch through, knowing a couple of the bigger plots points having remembered bits of the finale when I watched it live despite having not seen the series. I'm so glad I did because watching the series I wasn't concerned with the answers, just the characters. It's why I love the

Combing through these wonderful reviews/comments again to find LoveWaffle's GLTAS reviews and have to tip my cap to you on this prediction.

In fact he did voice Captain Atom on JLU, though only in the first appearance.

Dang, you're right. I don't *think* they would retcon that it was actually triplets and he's their long lost brother in Episode 7, but I'm also not gonna say it's completely impossible.

My memory's a little spotty with these, but give the pilot a shot just since it establishes the plot, then The Vulture, Halloween and Thanksgiving. The Party is one of my favorite episodes of anything ever, but I can't recommend starting with it. It's not on Netflix though, so if you only have access to recent

I thought he was gone because anyone who digs through someone's stuff and shares the idol clue is more of a priority than the dude actually holding the idol.

I've been thinking that for a while too. I wonder if Jon could even use it as a selling point to jury. "We were smart enough to vote her out and guarantee me a vote."

Unlovable brat for Baylor? I guess we've been watching different shows.
