With the prequels, Star Wars is the story of Darth Vader—his fall, and redemption. Frankly, his ending was more interesting ink ROTJ than Luke's character arc. Continuing Star Wars without Vader seems pointless.

The one with the Stormtroopers on Tatooine? I'm pretty sure I saw that on MTV a while ago—I think they did some sort of "Star Was fan short film" contest? I vaguely recall an animated short where somebody tells Jar Jar Binks how much they hate him.
Before the Disney purchase, I recall reading an article about Lucas having already mapped out multiple seasons of a live action Star Wars tv show.
On one hand, I do think that North Korea has to have an actual strategy, beyond "build a nuke, see what happens." On the other hand, there's no reason to believe that Kim Jong Un is all that more rational than Trump.
They might be able to hit Alaska or Hawaii if they're lucky.
Gotta nuke something.
"My head is like a shark fin" is completely meaningless.
Godzilla should do the Godzilla rap. The lizard's got bars, yo!
Anyway, some Star Wars thoughts I had recently: from Empire Strikes Back to Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars was actually produced independently—I believe Lucas took out bank loans to finance either ESB or the prequels, I'm not sure which—and take risks that most studios probably wouldn't with a blockbuster franchise.…
I recall that, at some point in the mid/late 90's, Star Wars went from fondly-remembered 70's kitsch to a cultural juggernaut, almost without equal. For all the criticism the prequels get, I think they really solidified Star Wars as a franchise that existed on it's own terms, outside of time.
If I remember correctly, the first time I saw Star Wars was on a VHS in a backroom at my mom's job. I'm fairly certain I feel asleep at some point, yet I liked it enough to instantly become a fan. This must've been before the prequels came out, because I also recall thinking it was weird that such a dominant franchise…
Why not just warn North Korea they better check themselves, as they are in danger of wrecking themselves?
Most analysts believe that North Korea's weapons program is to serve as a deterrent, and Trump is likely too stupid to even know how to order a nuclear missile launch.
North Korea is a few years away from being able to hit Nebraska. However, they responded to Trump's "Fire and fury" comment by talking about a plan to bomb Guam, specifically. They are close to being able to hit Los Angeles.
International News: Brazilian President Temer is attempting to fire the prosecutor that's investigating Temer—and dozens of other politicians—for corruption. He needs permission from the Supreme Court, however, which is unlikely, for obvious reasons.
The attacks on Blumenthal seem to be in response to an interview Blumenthal gave to Fox News where he talked about the collusion investigation. Trump apparently happened to catch on television.
I guess it's supposed to be a Trump PAC? Trump has already filed for 2020.
Anyway, the last time somebody tried to primary an incumbent President was when Reagan ran against Ford in 76. It very nearly came to a contested convention, but Ford managed to snag enough delegates on the convention floor before the official count (fun fact: Kasich was at the convention, although I don't think he…
Yeah, I remember seeing the same thing. I posted here yesterday about how all talk about "economic anxiety" just disappeared overnight.
Most new businesses fail anyway.
