International news: Qatar based news agency Al Jazeera suffered a cyber attack. It is currently back online. Common speculation about the Qatar crisis — which, reminder, is ostensibly over a cyber attack on government websites — is that Saudi Arabia and Egypt want to curtail Al Jazeeras often negative coverage.

The House passed repeal of some Dodd-Frank regulations today, to weaken consumer protection agencies and allow banks to once again engage in the kind of risks that led to the 2008 financial crisis.

The British put all their Head of State pageantry on the royals, and feel far less deferential to actual politicians.

Now is Lord Bucketheads time to shine!

I too want to fuck munition shells.

Trump has not tweeted at all, and his lawyer issued a (poorly proofread) letter disputing Comeys claim Trump demanded personal loyalty (previously they just focused on 'see he wasn't investigating Trump personally' and ignored everything else). They seem to be realizing this is serious.

There is already a lot of proof— secret conversations, open press conferences, and the DNC hack. Not to mention the voter registration hack—Russia was involved in the election to help Trump, and Trump is trying to keep secret how involved he was with Russia.

Not even Trumps lawyer is disputing Comeys statement.

Maybe Wonder Woman is a lesbian?

International news: ISIS attacked Irans parliament and a monument to Ayatallah Khomeini. 12 people dead, and 40 injured. Iran has confirmed the attackers were Iranian citizens, and ISIS has claimed credit.

No, there is an actual cover-up with Russia.

His usual Twitter beefs are relatively low stakes — insulting the Mayor of London is embarrassing, but what's the worst Britain would do in response? — but this was storming right into a diplomatic crisis, with no plan and the very real possibility of losing a major military base.
