Right, there was at least a Yusuf every season, and a well-meaning superior who insisted Bauer went too far (who occasionally was only mostly wrong to question Jack). This seemed all straight ahead "Muslim terrorists and Chechen sleeper cells" without even a nod to a counter-balance.

There were similar conversations about the original shows use of torture and Muslim terrorist bad guys. Things in the real world have gotten worse, and the show seems somehow less reflective.

Lucky that the entire special forces team was relocated to DC, which is also Carter and Grimes hometown, apparently.
