Seriously bummed out.

You know, Mike Ehrmantraut has a more of a moral compass and code of ethics than Zack Snyder's Batman…or Superman for that matter.

Good lord that video was hysterical. Btw, I just got back from seeing the film. I had hoped that it would be an improvement over MoS by fixing the messy parts that were in that film. But I'll be damned if Snyder didn't just amp up all the crap that was MoS — like Nigel Tufnel cranking that shit up to 11.

I also get the feeling that poor Rip Torn is gonna get rip snortingly drunk tonight… and then, someone's going to call him up and tell him about Garry Shandling passing away and he's going to get drunker.

The Larry Sanders show was one of the best shows ever. A perfect mix of funny and smart and maybe the best send-up of what we imagine show business to be. Hey now!

I sound old, but yeah, that was my era of Hip-Hop and I loved (love) it (btw, stay off my got-damn lawn!). This was unexpected but really terrific. I'm sure Phife would get a kick out of this guy kickin' it.

I'm not going to lie, even though I hated MoS I was really looking forward to this. I had hope — probably foolishly. I will still see it I think (I have to form my own opinion). But geeze. I just don't think Snyder gets it at all. The "teachings" he had Pa Kent give Clark in the first one had me scratching my head

Basically, the fine young people I matriculated with in the most high-brow regions of New Jersey liked to use that name and any variation with the word "cum" in it for pranks, phony phone calls, etc. And of course there was the classic song, "A Dog Named 'Stains'" which I'm sure you'll all remember ("I would shout,

I'm pretty sure you're right. Cumstin er cum-stain was always a popular joke name back in the day.

"You will find the answers to all these questions -and more-…" reminds me of the bumpers for the old show, "Soap". Classic.

Yes, the whole cast here is impeccable. And Tennant is the most memorable and formidable villain I've ever seen in a comic book movie or TV show. He's right up there with Heath Ledger. I love Loki, but Tennant's character actually instills fear. What a performance!

I think the Purple Man is the best villain I've ever seen onscreen based on comic books — TV or movies.

I binged the whole series. Really loved it! Netflix has done a great job so far with the MCU. And I'm excited for season 2 of Daredevil and the premiere of Luke Cage next year. Daredevil was a standout for Marvel. Jessica Jones is a standout period. I tend not to care about Awards and realize genre stuff is typically

This is a terrific film. I think Netflix's Jessica Jones (also terrific storytelling) owes it a small debt in its intimate portrayal of superheroes.

Great job on the reviews. But really, this was an A first season.

I agreed with Tarantino — I really enjoyed It Follows, but was a little bit frustrated by some things (good but not quite great is a fair assessment I guess). But I also could say the same thing about Django and Inglorious Basterds.

I have early memories of being totally fascinated by the hip-to-waist ratio as a young boy.

Hope they keep that jazzy theme. That's one of my favorite themes ever — animated or live action.

I actually agree with you. I like both films, but whenever I fell the want to revisit that world again I tend to choose the sequel over the first one. It's just more….thrilling. In addition it's got Robert Carlyle and he's terrific in it!

I always liked that song. I remember his musical collaborator was Danielle Brisebois, who was a Broadway actor when she was young and also "All in the Family's" (then "Archie Bunker's Place") version of "cousin Oliver" in its later years. She played Stephanie. I know a lot of useless shit. That's why I'm poor.
