What's ridiculous is that I didn't realize J.J. Abrams wrote Regarding Henry.

First thing I ever saw him in
Playing "Kissing Man" in "Singles." Of course I paid him no mind at the time, but watching it in more recent years, I was like, "Hey, it's Paul Giamatti!"

Anybody else think that Randy is even more idiotic and gives even less useful information than Paula?

I like John Ritter just fine. He was a fine actor and, from all accounts, a nice guy. My eyes didn't tear up when I heard about his death, though, unlike Johnny's which I think is the only time I've ever shed tears over the death of a famous person.

Hey, guess what?!
They suck!

Gotta love his Craig T. Nelson impersonation.

"IN A WORLD…"

That's inappropriate! That's inexcusable! That, I don't forgive!

I remember it existing, but I never saw it.

Sheltie's was better, more succinct and easily recognizable as a Star Wars reference. Sorry, Riff.

I started reading it but stopped when I realized that the writer was an idiot. Well, actually, that's a lie. I read three and a half paragraphs even though I realized the writer was an idiot in the first paragraph.

I guess I should consider myself lucky
Because I have absolutely no idea who the fuck this guy is. I did a Google image search on him and I don't recognize him at all. IMDB'd him, and I've never seen anything he was in. Ah, those were innocent days, those pre-having-heard-of-Eric-Schaeffer days. But now it's all

I don't usually get into those "who's punker than who" but the fact is that the Stooges were punker than anybody.

Burton Gilliam?
C'mon, AV Club, Burton Gilliam!

I'll concur with TomWaits, Green Day up through Insomniac was just fine. I'll also go as far as to say that Dookie was a lot better than their previous albums on Lookout!, which were too loaded with the teenage romantic "I met her at the candy store" stuff that the Ramones did brilliantly but that no one else has

Right on, Lemur. The correct term is "punkosity."

If Funny People is a megahit
…will Eric Bana become this generation's Leslie Nielsen? That is, an actor previously known as a dramatic straight man then typecast as a funny man.

Is Alexis Dziena a full-blown anorexic now? She's not looking right.

Nice sarcasm, 8.5/10. Jeez, like you go out of your way to watch movies starring people you can't stand. I don't like horror movies to begin with, and the wink-wink-nudge-nudge horror comedy/parody is a pretty played out concept after all the Screams and I Know What You Dids and umpteen Scary Movie sequels. The

Bradley Whitford? Pass.
That's the "actor/activist" who goes on Bill Maher every so often and browbeats, interrupts and talks over everyone else with his loudmouthed opinions that I (being fairly left-leaning politically) normally would agree with if he weren't such an overbearing asshat about it. I feel kind of the
