Yeah I see that after reading the comments/review and thinking about it.  I guess my muddied point was that is a shame.  It should be more documentary focused not a chance for athletes or coaches to 'grow their brand'.

I have never considered Hard Knocks to be a reality show.  I always thought it was more a documentary in the past though I definitely see the reality show in it now that it has been pointed out to me.
