Fowah suppah, I would like the, er, ahhh… pahty plattah.
The other great "voice in the crowd" moment in Futurama is when Zapp is doing his karaoke in the restaurant and while everyone is groaning you hear this one guy go "He sickens me!"
"You win again gravity!"
On a minor note, this episode has probably my favorite instance of "Bender freaking out," specifically while Fry is crash landing the ship.
Burn you beautiful bench! BURN!
But I never noticed the curve of her trunk
And I never noticed his electric junk
Aw man, I was pretty much good with skipping this. But now Emma Thompson and Kevin Kline are involved and they're awesome, so I have to go see it.
I would see this movie a million times if Kevin Kline could somehow incorporate the line "You can't just go shopping while you're kidnapping someone! This isn't Florida!"
Seriously, he'd be perfect.
They should've held on to animation rights.
Aw I enjoyed Quentyn's chapters. His plotline is largely separated from the main Essos story, but they still provide a larger picture of what's going on in Yunkai and Slaver's Bay. Also they serve as a sad meditation on the real cost of adventure and war and all the plots in Essos.
This is spring training, so he's just playing at practice games.
"Remember to believe in magic, or I'll kill you."
Now there's a goal worth fighting for.
The one truly important question in this whole situation.
Oh my god I freaking love this show.
I can see where you're coming from, but really enjoyed all the worldbuilding and historical details that happened in those books. Getting immersed in a different universe like that has always been really interesting for me.
"Cut it out!"
One of my favorite sound effects ever is the triple slap she regularly gives to her sons.
