*Goes back and actually reads full comment* Your story checks out. I'll go sit in the corner and think about what I did wrong.

Hasn't changed its formula in decades? That's crazy! Didn't you see that they have a male model now?

I think they often nail the characters themselves. Robert and Cersei's conversation in Season 1 was a great example of how they understood the dynamic between the two characters and created a nice moment that wasn't possible in the books due to the POV narrative structure.

It'll make sense when we get to read the books.

39 also asked people to turn down their heat and wear a sweater. According to several of the people who used to work in neighboring cubicles, this correctly pushed him into history's greatest monster territory. It also came up with inexplicable frequency in their conversations circa 2010 or so.

I used the goldfish bit in the "Remember When" section of my senior yearbook.

Well somebody's got to toot it.

I think one of the main problems is that the ability to effectively serve as a narrator is actually a skill that very few people have. The confessional can add quite a bit to a show if you have a contestant that possesses this skill and can essentially serve as an audience surrogate. If you don't have a natural

Sorry about that. I'll go debate some MRA folks on reddit as penance for my sexist assumptions.

Hypothetically speaking, how likely do you think your office would be to cave to a bomb threat.

As long as they don't change the delicious goo inside, I'm fine with the natural progression of the superior American company taking over the role the tired old British company used to play.

I've got your back on the cookie part, if you could back me up against the degenerates trying to tell me Cadbury Creme Eggs are anything less than perfection.

You'll see what kind of list it is. You'll ALL see…

Do they file anything that starts with "The" under "T"? That's the absolute worst. (I'm looking at you, TV Club drop down list…)

*Googles "minging." Ok, Mighty Manotaur, you just made my list.
