I'm with you!!  She's now become one of my all-time fave dancers, period…and I'm going back to the Ginger Rogers/Vera Ellen days.  Her eyes and her smile, on  their own, are so incredibly captivating…she'd even be very effective as a vocalist.  So, then, there's that technique, and that passion, and those LEGS.

I so agree about Mackenzie!!  Had to rewind her number 3X; jesus, those legs!  Those FEET!!!  She truly did evoke both Rita Hayworth and Cyd Charisse - which is not a bad thing.

Yeah, not to mention the presence of *gulp* a "Real Housewife of New York City" as one of the judges.  *MY EYES!!!*  Not only did they get a Real Housewife to judge Iron Chef, they managed to snag the only one who was so absolutely vile that they simply had to fire her.  The bar's set pretty high on that show for

Well, now THAT sounds kind of interesting!  Feasting on Asphalt.  Time for a google!!

So agreed.  Good Eats and Iron Chef are the two shows he should limit himself to. Jeez, his role as mentor/judge on Next Food Network Star is even too much; he gets all dramatic and misty and cries while talking about his weight issues…and then he quickly segues from a few of these emotional outbursts to his patented

I loved when the sound effects guy screwed up and the camera showed a plate dropping into the trash and remaining intact, while the audio clearly played a plate smashing enthusiastically.

Here's what confused me.  I LOVE crispy edges on my fried eggs, and very rarely successfully manage to accomplish this.  (Crispy edges, runny yolks).  So I'd have done pretty horribly in this challenge.  Does anyone here know how to do this, with any regularity??

Jesus effing kee-rist.  Yet another nuance I missed by FFing the hanging.  Just as well, I guess.  JESUS.  I'd had him pegged as a loser asshole, but not to THAT degree.

So agree with the robotic stoicism…and that walk of hers!!  Ramrod-straight posture and brisk, no-nonsense gait, elbows swinging and fists pumping…nothing even remotely girly (or feminine) about her aspect and her carriage.  I've not seen her in anything else but I do so hope that this is a choice that she made for

Ummm….that's something I'd have to disagree with.  I thought they were superbly matched, word for word, look for look, tit for…tat.

Wow.  I watched all of Seasons 1 and 2 and do not remember this at ALL.  Wow.  Signed, Gordon Ramsay.

Oh, I'll take him in a suit…

This is what I truly DO love about this show…the fact that Enos and Kinnaman can bring it, in such a huge way, to anything that Sud and her team could bring to bear.  I've never been as disappointed with a TV show, in my LIFE, as I was with the 1st 2 seasons of The Killing…but I also could not NOT watch Kinnaman do

After reading these comments I'm pissed at myself for having wimped out and FF'ing through the hanging.  Guess I'll have to give it another go, on a night when I just don't mind being wracked with heaving sobs.

Oy, that had not even occurred to me!!  I thought there was a bit of finality to Seward's body's stillness after the writhing…dunno, somehow I can't imagine even this show managing to pull that off.  If they do, I'll not be able to contain myself until the comments here are posted!

Seems like a few people ask this question every single week (this season) and I derive much pleasure from saying, "Yes, yes, yes, yes, YES!!"  And really really really don't watch any of Seasons 1 or 2.

I think @avclub-8f000234c91b39310f3b53529587b5f9:disqus and @avclub-3e4d20980bad82814414cb12fecc0e18:disqus are correct, unless I've been wrong all these years when I said I'd hung my laundry up to dry.

Yes. She's also superb with the barely-heard and unintelligible little utterances, exhalations…when there are simply no words that will work but events are so devastating that some sort of noise escapes her throat .  Watching her watch the hanging was…jesus.

Agreed.  I so badly wanted the stay to be granted, but was so glad that it didn't happen.  If that makes any sense.

I don't know if I'm still reeling from Kinnaman's performance last week (I must be), but last night just about destroyed me.  I've been known to cry while reading, and certainly while watching films, but crying while watching the tube is a relatively new experience to me.  JESUS.  I lost it when Holder lubed up
