@avclub-02be845a15ff79338f340d49a0e71f1e:disqus That's a definite no. It's a lot of things, not all of them good, but it isn't a SF show. I say this after having watched 4-5 episodes.

Assuming no shows come to fill the gap, will the end of Fringe be the first time there is no major sci-fi show airing on American networks since Star Trek TOS?

I'm a little surprised to hear that you found Happy Endings inconsistent. It's not my favorite sitcom, but its execution has been fairly solid over the past couple of seasons.

Glad to see Homeland so low. The execution of this season has been terrible and despite there being some incredible character moments, there was a very significant dip in quality.

I think the premise was that Robin had initially thought that Barney just wanted to start dating again and everything had been an elaborate scheme to get her there. That doesn't however mean Barney had changed. Most likely he was just in the mood for some Robin time and would drift away later.

Probably because it's difficult to sneak full sized beds into a hidden lab in the middle of an Observer occupation.

All I can think of with all the beard talk is this Dexter's Lab episode:

My problem with the Todd's of the Brody-Carrie relationship is him trying to frame it in a more or less real world context and arguing that they don't buy that Carrie and Brody are in love.
