Sex scenes.  Pretty much all of them.
Unless it's porn or the nature of the sex is important to the story (which is rare), it's clearly just exploitation, which is fine for like a Russ Meyer movie or whatever, but it totally rips me out of the story because it's like "look, it's sex time!"

I'm very very lenient about how horror movie victims behave.  I don't know how I'd react when dealing with some supernatural monster or ghost.  I'd probably do a bunch of really dumb shit, too.
