This was the first episode my family watched together, and by the time the power outage came along, we were in tears we were laughing so hard.

This episode makes more sense if you think of it as taking place before Homer has given up all hope and simply become a drunken lout.
I first saw her on Scrubs, and I will confirm she is adorable, although I cannot confirm whether or not I am her.
Garrett had some funny bits on the Haney Project this past season.
Best line in "Big Trouble" is when Farino yanks a guy up in a restaurant and the guy cries assault and Farino laughs and says, "Yeah, I remember a time you actually had to hit somebody." His delivery always made me chuckle.
H.E. Pennypacker, I hate to do this to you, but:
Vampires don't need to be invited in on Opposite Day. Indeed, the only way to keep them out is to invite them in.
Yeah, Spike turning up to kill Buffy and then seeing her sitting on the back stoop looking heartbroken, and then sitting down next to her while still holding the sawed-off shotgun is one of my favorite scenes of the series as a whole.
A co-worker loaned me the book "War"…
and it was pretty good. I was in the Marines as an infantry, but I never served in combat. I'm not pissed about it, but there's always that question in the back of your mind of how you would have handled it. Would you have been one of the ones that performed, or one of those…
Ghost Dog: The Tale of the Chubby Samurai.
Fair criticisms, but still…
Yeah, the ending felt rushed, and it's hard not to feel like if they hadn't kept cutting away to the B-story, there would have been time to resolved it a little better.

But: "my disinterest in coming-of-age storylines."
I'll defer judgment to the professor, but I say we give LA a break.
Shindig has one of my favorite Mal moments. It wasn't one of the best eps overall, but sometimes it's the little moments that stick with you.
Well, it was no "when you someone eat it" Hippo.
One of my favorite memories of this show…
is from an episode of "Parker Lewis Can't Lose", where a sign carried by a protester reads, "Thank You For Not Watching Eerie, Indiana".
Actually, this is as good a time as any to start using the term "durstbag" again.
I'm not following either of those links, and I'll tell you why. I already have zero faith in humanity, but reading stories about the senseless murder of defenseless children and kittens is too emotionally punishing. It's like the morning I spent reading articles about the woman in Texas who hit a homeless man with…
Actually, I agree with Hoodwink. All of my friends who play a lot of WoW (or other MMO's) are married. Now, some married people have girlfriends, but I don't know anybody who has enough time for WoW and an affair. There just aren't enough hours in the day.
A-?
You're not leaving yourself a lot of wiggle room for the rest of the season. No spoilers, but S2 goes out on a high note.
