This fucking sucks
USoT is one of my favorite shows on TV. There were multiple interesting female characters and I really enjoyed the progression of the plotting, characterization and writitng. I really hope that this season gives some closure at the end…

Really shocking
I'm not a huge DW fan but it's important to a lot of people in my life… I didn't even know she was sick. Truly unfortunate.

She used to do the IFC movie podcasts but I guess she recently left IFC. I wouldn't mind reading more of her stuff around here because I loved those podcasts.

Yeah they showed the one-hour special before the 30-min show and that guy was cool for donating the stuff. There was a married lady with no kids who was also on the special who had already filled almost three rooms and her husband seemed really pissed off about the whole thing.

It is brilliant. They have almost two decades worth of amazing music, so seeing Ray rehashing the stuff is just totally depressing. I almost went to the choral concert he did but I didn't want to go to a concert where all the attendees were old enough to be my grandparents.

So is Kate going to be written out of the show?

Dig is amazing. I just watched it again after seeing the Inventory vid. I like Courtney because he is cute and his band is alright. He is sort of douchey but I don't think the doc is too damning because he still admits that Anton is more talented than he.

I adore this show. Didn't it have a pretty long run though? I went on a Taxi binge one time and it seemed like there were 5 or 6 seasons…? It didn't go on so long as to wear out its welcome at least.

I used to find their singing extremely annoying but they have really grown on me. My favorite songs of theirs are "Running with Chicken," "One Night Stand" and "I Don't Understand Job." They have a ton of videos on Youtube if you are interested.
