blah
I was hoping this show would be like its lead-in True Life but I haven't been moved to watch it. I'm glad I didn't because it sure sounds horrible.

Let's all watch this show
I really love all the talent involved (especially Dan Mintz) so I hope that this show can stay on the air and build momentum. I almost never watch Animation Domination, because I really think the Sunday line-up needs different voices and styles to keep it fresh and funny. I don't like

God, I hate Black Swan
As far as psychological thriller/body horror flicks go, I've seen it done better many times. It's trashy and demeaning toward women, and the more I hear people laud it, the more I despise it. It's mediocre popcorn fare at best and horrifyingly pretentious and sexist at worst. Also, I really

I love podcasts
My current obsessions are Greg Proop's "The Smartest Man in the World" and W. Kamau Bell and Vernon Reid's "FNGTAC"

Point Break Live
I know at least around here, there is something called "Point Break Live" where people act out the movie, I guess. I've never been.

One of my favorite bands
Do you guys never recommend to start with a Best Of type album? That's how I got into Roxy Music, and then expanded into some of the albums. It may seem improper to true music nerds or something, but with a Best Of at least you get a sense of their hits, which should supposedly be the most

Great ep of a great show though I normally hate Christmas stuff
Things I liked about this ep:

I would bid if I were rich
Going to the show next week though, woo hoo!

I'm just waiting for "hir" to become mainstream

One of my fave lines
"Oh, cool! This is where "Jaws" eats the boat! … Man, this is where "Die Hard" jumps through the window. … Whoa! This is where "Wall Street" gets arrested!"

I love them both (and Shock Treatment too), and I don't think one is better than the other. They all have things about them that make them great. I will say I want to name my first born Phoenix one day though.

Tig
This episode was awesome. Tig Notaro and PFT, as well as lots of Troy and a lot of good jokes. I like this kind of episode way more than the pop culture Abed ones.

Feminist TV
What are some examples of great feminist TV? "Lisa VS Malibu Stacy" is the first thing that comes to mind… A personal favorite.

Daria
On a Mike Judge-related note, when I was young I had a Daria-based book I'm pretty sure qualifies. I don't remember much about it, but it was funny.

I've read it twice and even told Scott in person I love it. He seemed appreciative. It's definitely worth it if you are a Buddy fan.

Definitely Johnathan. I think he is my favorite character on TV right now, partly because Jason is one of my favorite actors. Danson as George is dreamy for an old guy though.

Love this show
I love Terriers. I tell people I know about it but they still won't watch it.

I adore Tarsem
Looking forward to his new one coming out later this year. I'll watch any movie he makes, even though a Snow White re-imagining sounds quite dull.

The Gateway to Geekery is right. That's how I got into the series and I don't think it would have appealed to me as much if I started with the Maggie the Mechanic softcover. I bought the first three softcovers which make up Locas I and I got Locas II but didn't enjoy it nearly as much as the earlier stuff. I really

I saw them at UCLA a few years ago. They were amazing and they all came out to take photos with the fans except for Kevin… I still wear my KITH shirt all the time
