Think that's bad? In the first Police Quest game, you had to "inspect" your police cruiser by walking around it every time before you got in & drove away. If you didn't, the game would cut your brake lines & kill you. Those old Sierra games were cruel mistresses indeed!

DOTT's a great game no doubt, but Sam & Max is superlative. It was one of my first CD-ROM games, and it cemented my passion for both PC gaming and kitschy Americana.
