I think it depends on your stature as an artist, and your relationship to the person asking you to perform for free…

I agree, you point is valid - You can do something, or you can not. I'm not trying to belittle the artists that chose to do this - clearly, they felt it was worth their time and effort to do so. What she did is not inherently unfair, I suppose, as long as these people felt compensated.

Floyd - you're not wrong - the artists showed up on their own free will, and were not promised anything they didn't get. There was no fraud or coercion (that I'm aware of)
