I go to the first showing of the day on a weekend - it's usually $5 and there's fewer people there to be assholes and make a bunch of noise.

Dinglewood?

I agree, Anna Faris is really the woman who seem capable of doing slapstick successfully.

a lot of capitalization in that sentence.

the new one De Niro has with Edward Norton might be good, but we thought that about The Score.

oh sure, he sucks out loud. Tarantino probably still thinks he himself can act too, so it's no surprise he cast his buddy in a part that in years past he would've just played himself.

MR. FRANCIS IN BUSINESS OF SEX.

I would've thought you'd be a fan of Eli Roth, ZMF. at least the movies he's directed. he's not much of an actor, but he WAS in Inglorious Basterds, the OWNAGE of which cannot be disputed.

I do mean CR. I didn't hate Quantum, but it didn't make a whole lot of sense, didn't need to be a direct sequel and Forster did a terrible job directing the action sequences.

La Haine is awesome, also directed by Matthieu Kassovitz, who directed Crimson Rivers and…uh, Babylon AD. don't hold that last one against him though, he's good.

I was wondering the same thing, there's really only 1 winner in that list of titles.

WOOLY BULLY

everyone should check out Crimson Rivers, it's Cassell and Jean Reno as homicide detectives.

impotent drunks, the lot of them
I thought the Irish had the market cornered on making movies about how depressing and pathetic it was to grow up poor in the UK and surrounding territories.

Zombieland did have a weak ending, but I wouldn't say it sucked.

he's not bad, I liked him in Auto Focus and Nurse Betty, but to me he's always been "good enough" rather than good.

I remember Chingy!

I've long thought that if you swapped the places of the self titled album and Exile in Guyville in terms of chronology and the self-titled came out when she was around 24, people would have a much more favorable impression of her overall.

agreed, I'll take the hot former assistant DA from Law & Order over Jack Klugman any day.

wait, this isn't a series adaptation of the John Sayles movie?
