They take after their parents in that respect.

I don't think it's shitty at all.  Frankly, Quinn should have died in that accident.  I say that with no ill will toward the actress or the character, just that it's complete bullshit that not only did she survive getting T-boned in the driver's side door by a semi travelling at full speed, she was actually walking

Someone upthread said that a lot of it is jealousy that he gets paid to do stuff that most of us would do for free.  I don't know if that person was being serious or not, but I think he nailed it.

"You!  Cake or death?"
"Uh, death, please.  No!  Cake, cake, cake.  Sorry!"
"You said death first!  Ahhhh, ahhhh, death first!"
"No, I meant cake!"
"Oh, all right. You're lucky I'm Church of England!"

Dead or Canadian?

*gasp* THAT'S JEAN VALJEAN'S MUSIC!!!

I wish you'd all stop bickering and eat me.

My reason for asking is that I wanted to see whether you would stand by your comment or if you were merely living up to your username.

Good point, but 15,000 is still small enough that word could get around town in a reasonable amount of time, although it would probably take a couple days as opposed to the handful of hours shown here.

I think he will.  The promos that ran on BBCA seemed to position Darvill's vicar as a major character, possibly even a main suspect.  Then again, it could have been BBCA's way of saying "hey, look everybody, it's Rory!"

Would you like to share with the class what you meant by that statement?

And it's been announced that, just like with the announcement of the 12th Doctor this past Sunday, the 50th anniversary special will air on a worldwide simulcast in November.

I wonder if it might cost less to run it months after the original broadcast than it would cost to get the rights for day-and-date airings.

I think you meant to say, "I love this song because of the audience participation.  Whenever I go to a wedding, I request it from the DJ more than once, act it out with my date, and expect everyone else to follow my lead."

Upon further review, I believe you are correct.  I hereby amend my statement as follows:  Jim Steinman is the crown prince of rock opera, and Meat Loaf is the court jester… or maybe the other way around.  (As Meat said on VH-1 Storytellers and possibly elsewhere: "You ever seen Steinman? He's one weird dude.")

@Arundel: Okay, either I misunderstood you or you misunderstood the article, because what I got out of that was that they were considering using old footage of him in the farewell episode, not the Beatles tributes.

That's odd. Meat Loaf fans know damn well that they're supposed to stand up and sing along to that song.

"Oh, god… am I a Meat Loaf Hipster?"

I don't know… "Conversation With A Vampire" doesn't quite have the same ring to it…

Will you eat that there snack cracker in your special outfit for me, please?
