D'Angelo! How the fuck could you forget Voodoo, which makes my top 5 for the decade. That's a transcendent fucking record. Fuck you for forgetting Voodoo, and for not putting YHF at #1.

And I don't know if Yes Men Fix the World was eligible or not, but I loved that, too. Probably not the best made, but possibly most entertaining documentary.

Yeah, I don't love Stone's JFK because it's truthful. It's just dazzlingly made and edited. Plus, it's just so goddamn fascinating. Even though it is way too crazy, it makes you look at people differently. Clay Shaw was this upstanding guy in the community, but, if the movie is correct, he was part of this whole

I just saw JFK for the first time last December, and I just read about this recently, and I'm so pumped to watch it this year on November 22. It's a little morbid, but, fuck it's a good movie.

Barf @ Violet Crumbles. So you don't enjoy ANYBODY in good modern comedy? Because that's essentially everybody who was involved in creating Human Giant. Patton Oswalt, Jon Glaser, Jon Benjamin, Matt Walsh, A.D. Miles, Brian Posehn, Nick Swardson, Kristen Schaal, David Cross, Will Arnett, Zach Galifianakis, Fred

If Chappelle's Show is in the top three sketch shows of all time, you really haven't watched enough sketch. Python, Kids In The Hall, Mr. Show, Human Giant, The State, early SNL, The UCB. Probably fits after those. It's still a really good position, just I think it had a higher miss to miss ratio than people remember.

I remember watching an entire episode that wasn't very good. The only sketch I remember from it was the Trading Spouses one, which isn't good at all. Look, I agree that Chappelle belongs on the list, and probably as high as it is, as well. Very few things have touched a nerve like that show did. But it's just nowhere

I think Chappelle's Show was more hit and miss than people remember. People tend to remember the greatest sketches, of which there were plenty, but tend to forget that there were a lot of times that at it's worst was stereotypical "black people do this, white people do that" humor.

This is going to flop like a fish out of water. I don't think it looks bad, but I can just tell that the public will not be into this.

Jeni
Somebody ought to tell him that Richard Jeni is dead.

Ewwww! She ruined the Plastic Ono Band!
