The longest, most useless scene in Basterds was the shootout in the pub. They should have just had the actress tell what happens in flashbacks, a la Reservoir Dogs.

The first three seasons are great, and there are certainly watchable episodes in 4 & 5. But, yeah. This horse was practically decomposing.

Yeah, I liked the foot scar too. I think it's great that the show has decided to show that gunshots have consequences but these characters still threaten to shoot anything and everything totally cavalierly.
