Well, people on TWoP did, but people on TWoP are a law unto themselves.

The Amazing Race's grasp of who should return is famously terrible. The casts of Unfinished Business and the second All-Stars are pretty much the perfect guide in how not to cast a season of returnees. (The Twins were pretty much the only team that I was happy to see back last season, and then they imploded

I would've voted for her. I found her really annoying. (I realise this is terrible strategy, but then I never claimed I would be any good at Survivor in the first place.)

I doubt it would've made much difference. They were pretty big characters on TAR (on their first run, at least, not so much when they came back for All-Stars), so it would've been a sizeable gamble on their part that nobody else in the cast watched it, because I doubt anyone who'd seen them on it would've forgotten

I also love that whoever wrote Jenna's real-world Wikipedia page included it all, even though it's basically just a bunch of nonsense that rhymes.

Wasn't that what she did with her prize money from winning Celebrity Mole: Hawaii?

"Those ladders" kills me even more than the repeated mention of "towels", for some reason. It's so random and perfect.

Thirded. This might be the best thing I read forever.

Barney's movie had heart, but Football In The Groin had a football in the groin.

"That's not the only thing around here that's fruity and precocious."

Sam Merlotte: if you were running for mayor, he'd vote for you.

Ben mouthing "I didn't snap" came across to me like that time she said she didn't want to answer back to Darienne and was waiting for Bianca to do it for her - she was controlling her edit with an iron fist to always look like she was in the right.

Done and done. And I mean DONE!

We got two series of Playing It Straight in the UK. Two. Our version was at least noteworthy for the first series having the only woman in the entire franchise (as far as I'm aware) to pick a gay guy at the end.

Ben winning Miss Congeniality would be the worst result since…well, Ivy Winters winning Miss Congeniality.

The average man in drag is typically straight? Man, I'm going to the wrong clubs.

Poor Joslyn. She was the true black horse of the competition. She was definitely my cup of soup.

There was one lovely moment of editing this week where just as the camera did a close-up of Woo's face, they cranked up the cricket noise on the soundtrack.

"I'm not crying! I'm just allergic to JERKS!"
