It was rape. The Powers That Be (Graves, D&D) thought it wasn't rape. This belief then translated into later episodes when Cersei also acted like it wasn't rape. This does not mean it wasn't an actual rape scene. It means the bias of the authorial viewpoint was consistent.

You truly are a just king, Your Grace. Your boundless wisdom will surely win you the Iron Throne. Make sure you cut off True Blood's hand for their impertinence in challenging you at all

I guess it fits George's modus operandi to completely drop a storyline bc he gets overwhelmed. I'm not too invested in the Benjen-Coldhands theory, it just made sense to me. I could be wrong and it could just be a totally different Night's Watch brother. It is a little weird how nice (relatively) he is to Bran and co

That's a fair point but the producers have made some other weird changes so I generally take all of their decisions with a grain of salt. And they've shown they're willing to do their own takes on the characters so I don't know how much we should extrapolate show to book?

He wears the black of the Night's Watch, is initially referred to as a ranger, and his pre-zombified identity is given a fair amount of weight so I buy the Benjen theory. Not sure who else it could be.

George certainly can twist the twist and I wouldn't put it past him. It might be more clear if he's going to stick with the Jaime-valonqar plan or change it in the distant future when The Winds of Winter comes out. It's hard to tell just how much story he changes because everyone correctly figures out his mysteries.

I love Sleepy Hollow a lot but I am very confused as to how it has a place in this tournament and Game of Thrones does not? It's good supernatural crazy fun but Game of Thrones at its best is much better than Sleepy Hollow at its best.

It seems to me that Jaime is Cersei's prophesied valonqar so they'll go out murder-suicide style. When, I'm not sure, but Jaime won't survive the series.

1. Chill. 2. I've both watched the show and read all the books. 3. I wasn't saying she's some mindless follower who seems him as the great light in her life. He's a creepy and manipulative motherfucker and she sees that. She does, yes, defend him because defending him is essentially the same as defending herself at

"Hello darkness, my old friend…"

Oh, I agree, she's a total survivalist. Which is exactly what she has to be given all the abuse she suffered at the hands of the Lannisters. She sticks with Littlefinger because he helped her and continues to help her, regardless of his reasons. So no, not Stockholm, just a creepy dynamic to readers/viewers.

I'm not sure it's Stockholm Syndrome but her relationship with Littlefinger is disturbing. He obviously simultaneously sexualizes her as a reborn Cat and infantilizes her as if she is his child with Cat. Despite his creepy vibe and actions, Sansa does defend him because he's the one who helped her out of King's

Gwyneth Paltrow's life would be the most amazing piece of performance art if she actually understood half the shit she says.

GOD I HAD TO WRITE ABOUT THIS GUY FOR A GODDAMN YEAR. NOW IT WAS ALL JUST A WASTE OF FUCKING TIME. HIS DEATH WAS SO FUCKING ANNOYING TOO JFC

I totally feel you there. I study art history and I can never get into Bosch. I appreciate the detail but it creeps me out too much. I also don't like Boucher, disturbing pedophilic Rococo painter. I feel like I should enjoy contemporary ~conceptual art more than I do too. I get the ideas, I just think it's

Maybe now I'll finally understand why Prince Philip has an entire religious cult centered around him. But probably not.
