I remember the book being just awful (with all respects to Buck) and having little or nothing to do with Underdog until the very end. I didn't put up a review on Amazon because I felt bad about it. It's not like they gave me a free copy but I didn't want to bad-mouth the book they were clearly so eager to sell. They

I always seriously hated Polly Purebread as character and I told Joe Harris that using less harsh terminology, and he didn't take well to it. He has a lot invested in her for a guy who just drew the initial designs for Underdog which were then changed by the studio anyway.

I want to recut that movie so it only contains the scenes with Peter Dinklage and Patrick Warbuton. It would be a short, confusing movie but it would be a good one.

I don't remember exactly if this was a guy I spoke to, but I've been contacted over the years by two separate Underdog creators (one of them being Joe Harris) begging me to attend their Underdog-related events or promote their books, because at the time I had the only Underdog fansite on the web that wasn't a large

In my heart his name will always be Ronnie.

I do too (multiple times generally) but this was an episode that was particularly difficult, with the pacing, the confusing jokes (why was Carol bothered by the idea of Opposite World?) and the Japanese that sounded like English but wasn't.

This episode actually moved a little too fast for me to get all the jokes. It's gonna be better on the re-watch.

I've never sued anyone I got in a fight with. What a bunch of pussies these rappers are.

I didn't know that Simon Bar Sinister was part of the Marvel Universe.

Because it seems like Fenton would, looks aside, totally grow up to be this guy, yes.

Seriously, the Director's Cut has far less Elecktra and like an extra 30 minutes of Ben and Jon Favreau making blind jokes. Jon Favruea went on to direct Iron Man, which was a pretty damn funny movie as far as superhero movies go, and you can see he was getting a feel for it in Daredevil.

Fuck, I don't have IFC. Is it going to be forever before I have a way to see this movie?

I have a new appreciation for Ben Affleck this week, but oddly it's because I finally saw the Director's Cut of Daredevil.

I just learned some Hobo-speak from a documentary last week, so I was super-excited to hear the word "bulls" and immediately know what it was.

Good. The Superman movie looks boring as shit and Christian Bale wouldn't return as Batman, but if he would he would just spend the rest of the movie growling at the other members of the cast.

And they played the viral video of parents laughing because their kids were crying in the car after seeing the movie, which made it more awesome.

He made a joke about masturbating monkeys in the live Anaconda podcast, then pointed out his parents were in the room at the Bell House, which was pretty funny if you were there.

I didn't care for the Airbender one because they were so lost but not really in a funny way. That was a podcast that needed to be done by people who were at least passingly familiar with the show or the notion that there was a TV show and it was awesome.

He's shown it's possible, even without the Trent Howser wig. But not here.

Not the greatest publicity photo of Scheer.
