My fave was his calling the bigger of his two accomplices in S2 "Of Mice and Men.."

Does anyone else think that Livingston is a private eye sent to find what happened to that Jimmy lookalike Gillian drowned?  Here's a question for the better memoried folks:
In the open flashbacks, was the pseudo-Jimmy from the same town that the couple they had dinner with were from?  I'll check the DVR, my wife…

AND he showed up late during "Get Drew" .  Why mention it, if it's not significant?
