Like most genres if you find the good stuff it can be pretty decent. This is not the good stuff.

I will now be the humourless person who points out that Lauryn Hill never actually said anything like that.

This music is not my favourite.

Last time I was in China I mostly watched Cartoon Network - I hope this doesn't impact on re-runs of the Powerpuff Girls.

As all but one of the comments thus far have been fairly anti-Adele I thought I'd play to the crowd by sharing an article about her daft statements about how she shouldn't have to pay so much tax because she can't even use public transport anymore and most state schools are "shit".

I would very much like that link - though I'm also the kind of mug who wants physical media so I'd be all over a 2-disc CD compilation.

Well that's even better - the Flaming Lips were kind enough to do it for their Dark Side of the Moon album a while back. As were Radiohead with King of Limbs.

I hate it when I buy new vinyl and it doesn't have a download code, there's no excuse for that shit in this day and age. I've already bought your music on an archaic format because of an ill-conceived love of physical media, you could at least make it easier for me to put it on my MP3 player.

Well there you have it - 100% of the people in this conversation thread would buy a compilation of all of the AV Undercover tracks - we can extrapolate that out to conclude that 100% of the population would.

This is all well and good but when are the Onion AV Club going to release the whole lot as a compilation album?

How odd
This article is almost unsettling for me as it seems that Genevieve and I are the exact same age (or at least went to college the same year) and listened to almost the exact same music - despite the fact that I was in the UK.

Cromulence.
This review's all well and good but the repeated use of the non-word "Legos" is most upsetting. It's a far from cromulent word and reveals a lack of embiggenment on the part of the author.

If you do go for Brighton (which you should because it's the one I keep suggesting) the narrow alley where they filmed the sex scene in Quadrophenia is actually a handy shortcut between a bunch of different pubs and bars.

@Ben Folds Fan - there's some beautiful countryside and the Welsh are a friendly bunch but the cities (Cardiff, Newport. Swansea, Bangor) are pretty unremarkable to be honest.

I'm going to go ahead and vouch for Brighton - a big city that's super-friendly, low crime, full of stuff to do, lots of good independent music shops, excellent pubs and a nice British pier that has charm in the summer and winter.
