Gathering slide material for my presentation. Rather than having 20 slides with 4-5 bullet points, I'm going to have lots of pictures and quotes to riff on for 20 minutes, then get grilled on for 10.

Actually, I like the illustrations. I have no desire to color them, but they actually added to the pathos of the story, because they seem to be from the valet's perspective (or view him as something other than a fluid-filled, ninny-noggined dress-up doll for the protagonist).

Dracula's Daughter on Svengoolie. It was okay. Surprised by some of the Sapphic overtones, and the main love interest made no sense as a likable character to me, but it was just the sort of goofy semi-horror film that one tunes into Svengoolie to see.
