I don't know as many pagans as I used to, but I'd love to see that rant when you're done.

It depends … on what you want! And how effectively you can get an audience to embrace that trope. I read a ton (and write a bit) of Regency and Victorian romance — some tropes I love (governess with a secret) and some I'm really tired of (Highlanders). If you can figure out how to use a trope to build up audience

*hug* 65 days is awesome … congrats!

I'm planning to see it this weekend!

Condolences to you and your family … and especially those kids.

Glad your dad is on the mend, hope he recovers fully and quickly. That's the sort of thing that would worry me about my mother - luckily, she stopped climbing ladders when she was in her mid-80s.

What did the Zen Buddhist say to the hot dog vendor?

Piling on with more *hugs*

No goat? Awww.

Haven't done much this week, due to last weekend's smut writing conference, but I do have frozen lamb bratwurst waiting in the freezer. Worried about over-cooking it (for regular brats, I poach/simmer in beer for 30 minutes, then pan fry), but excited at the possibilities.

Oh, honey. I am so very, very sorry. *hug*

You are not alone …

Youngish Robert Mitchum in colour? Why has this not been on TCM and thus in my Tivo?

Thanks! Hope springs eternal!

So … that kiss. It is just Rebecca's level of obsession with Josh and everything Josh-related that led to it, or might she actually be bi? Because Rebecca was giving off "If I can't have Josh, well, you have Josh, so if I have you, it's one degree of separation!" vibes as early as the wine scene on the couch.

Did Petra sleep with NotAaron!Zaz? And what would be the timeline for that?

But does not liking country in general mean I (or anyone else) can't like "A Boy Named Sue" or "Jolene" specifically? Some artists just transcend their musical genre: Johnny Cash, yes, but Louis Armstrong, Buddy Holly, Billie Holiday, etc.

In related news, Anthony Mackie is either a very gifted troll or he's somewhat confused:
