I'm pretty sure in one of the first episodes Marnie mentioned Hannah's compulsion to masturbate x number of times a night for a certain number of years, but I thought she was younger than high school.. But that's the only kind of mention of OCD stuff I remember (although it wasn't really presented that way).

Effy's therapist from season four of the UK "Skins" was cartoonishly bad.. his therapy consists of  basically making yourself believe bad things never happened. And then he murders his patient's boyfriend with a baseball bat.
