I'm not talking about fictional "bro codes" I'm putting myself in the situation if my friend did the same thing, it's over as far as that friendship goes. The show's done a fine job of dealing with the triangle and Ted's a better "man" then most for how he handles the situation. But let's not ignore that since season

I hate that pairing too. Morality alone says that pairing is based off completely destroying your best friends trust.

Agreed as the "straight man" he's usually at the center of the more emotional moments. Some would argue the show is getting less funny (to which not including last weeks dud I disagree) but the emotional core of Ted's feelings through all this is what keeps this show my favorite. Josh Radnor is doing amazing work.

I'll always want Ted and Robin to be together. Though they won't. But the idea that Robin and Barney should be together I'll never subscribe to. I look at it like this if one of my best friends slept with, then dated the former (and maybe continuously) love of my life I won't just suck it up and be okay with it. I
