The theme of luck, and how it was always on Tony's side, was  recurrent throughout the series. On "Chasing it" Tony started to lose it and it wasn't until that casino sequence that he had a sort of realization that getting rid of Chris was the right move.

I think you're right, even actually right from the accident. What a fantastic episode that was.

I agree the whole of season 6 is about Tony embracing his true self.

Obviously Borat was supposed to be Kazakh, but the character itself was made up of many stereotypes traditionally attributed to arabs (e.g., the guys dancing together). 
I wonder why of all the middle eastern military leaders with access to nuclear arms is Netanyahu left out of the joke?
