I have to say that Matt and Kim are pretty much my guilty pleasure. Grand and Sidewalks are just such happy, peppy collections of hooks that I can't resist.

I dunno, I think it holds up pretty well for an early 80's video. It is an obvious rip on Arthur but doesn't really go too far with it (Erland Van Lidth is a fun touch) and I'm surprised how far Hunter commits to it.

I always remember Toys trying very hard to be Brazil and unfortunately ending up being, well, Toys. It's generally unfunny, tone-deaf, obnoxious, with a childishly vapid political agenda (war toys cause wars, y'all!) By the end of the film, I was even bored with the Magritte inspired visuals.

My emphasis really should have been on " if given a choice" because there really isn't any reason that your favorite sushi spot or even supermarket can't get use sustainable fish like Arctic Char, Striped Bass or Alaskan Salmon. Oh, goodness, so do I. I love it but Bluefin Tuna is going extinct and there isn't any current sustainable way to farm it (possibly might never be) so I will lay off it and, if I never have it again, then so be it.
