*touches nose*

Anything has food if you put your mind to it.

Yeah, this is heresy, "Golden Years" owns.

Oh, and someone covered in the favorite album ranked thread will be a future Avenger.

Also, apparently the makers of… this movie… want to wrangle a cameo from… someone portrayed in a movie that was released on August 26.

Levar Burton, actually. All that time he spent as a prisoner on the pirate ship led to him honing a really good impression.

Hey, 90,000 comments! Well on our way to that pizza party guys!

Chicago Young Pope

Did they not need any stinkin' badgers?

That's from the (Oscar-winning!) guy who did The Great Beauty, so I'm sure it'll at least look nice and SBT will be obliged to watch it.

Atom Egoyan?

I was the only one there. When I bought the tickets, the cashier looked at me like I was actually buying tickets to go the suicide forest.

I guess I'm the official "good-looking movie turns out to be good" news guy; Barry Jenkins' Moonlight is getting rave reviews out of Telluride. Indiewire gave it an A and David Ehrlich even compared it to Carol(!!!) on Twitter.

I am seeing Sea of Trees tomorrow, because I guess I want to be there for the reason Gus Van Sant inevitably implodes his career and starts over again.

"One morning, as Gregor Samsa was waking up from anxious dreams, he discovered that in bed he had been changed into a sexy cop with all the powers of the common cockroach."

Also, apparently it features some primo Michael Shannon ham, another Oscar-contending performance by Amy Adams, and a cameo by Jena Malone.

Also, Tom Ford's second film, Nocturnal Animals, played at Venice and also got great reviews. Man, I'm starting to get a bit nervous as to when an anticipated movie is going to crash and burn to make up for all of this quality.

R.I.P. Jon Polito

Does it seem like a Disney film as made by the editor of Upstream Color?
