Man, I loved that fake out fight. I was practically giddy watching it in the theaters, and people that don't read reviews ahead of time are going to be genuinely shocked. The laughter turned from mocking to delighted in my theater when the carnage started.

I don't think it's sad. I think it means the writers have drawn these characters well enough that they feel like real people who could exist in this heightened world.
