Zeke made a fire with no flint in the first episode…
I understand why Scott was worried about releasing NF&P4, but that episode was so cathartic to listen to: Scott's heartfelt and devastated introduction, the compilation at the end, and of course the surpreme silliness in the middle. Harris's death is such a loss to the comedy community, but we're extremely lucky that…
It was really outstanding. Super heavy, and I don't know that I've ever heard that particular perspective on addiction before. Like yeah, he's currently sober, but he still doesn't know what that truly means for his life or how he feels about it. Dark stuff, almost made scarier by the funny bits thrown in (like the…
lmao what the fuck
Not if there's a god in this world.
No a mini-version of the HIMYM finale would be Ben and Leslie divorcing right as she took the job, Leslie getting fired, and then Mark Brendanawicz coming back to claim her heart in the final minutes.
This article is about how having babies is now Leslie's endgame, and while it doesn't explicitly say "her career is done", there are comments all over this section saying basically that. You can think triplets are stupid (which is fair) but saying that having a kid derails Leslie Knope as a character in some major way…
This article is so incredibly presumptuous. Why do you think Leslie is going to stop having a career because she's having kids? That's literally against every other point in the show where Ben stepped down/took a hit career wise so that Leslie could flourish. That's been their dynamic. Also you're taking a major leap…
Having a fun morning?
This cast is enough to sell me on this show. Zach Woods is possibly the funniest person alive, and I'm super happy he's getting to do more stuff beyond "Gabe" since that character was too unlikeable even for him to overcome.
One of the BEST things ABOUT the AV Club's television SECTION is that IT highlights some NICHE SHOWS that will not appeal to ALL viewers but are enjoyed by those that do. If you hate THIS show, I don't know why you coNTINue to read the REVIEWS. You are never going to AGREE with it.
It's just such a cliche, and it's almost exclusively applied to women.
I can't tell if I'm souring on this show or if my general meh-ness toward Nick and Jess as a couple is clouding my view. I did not care for the retconning of Nick's feelings or that they redrew Caroline as the ~crazy ex girlfriend~.
I don't know, I thought this thing was kind of a mess. The actress playing Lizzie spoke with such an "I went to theatre school" enunciation, and the story line with the sex tape was gross and not well handled. Very cool idea with some success but overall lackluster.
I saw a free screening of this. It's worth watching if you don't have to pay (so I guess on a plane or on cable). They really all do have great chemistry, and it's enjoyable enough.
Poehler was (not surprisingly) so great in the Rich Dicks sketch.
I think this actually is the last one, sadly.
I loved this episode. Probably favorite of the season. All three storylines clicked for me.

People always complain about TV while it's airing. The season 3 episode reviews have comments saying "ugh jumped the shark this show is so off the rails now." All I know is I still adore this show. It's the only show I watch live every week.
