Ben Stiller as the token nerd.
Ben Stiller as the token nerd.
I bet the initial script wasn't very funny, so they set it in 1993 to get 15-20 dumb nostalgia jokes in like they did with The Wedding Singer*.
Yeah seriously, why was it necessary to set this in 1993? I thought everyone was afraid of AIDS then and keeping it to themselves and double-bagging it when they weren't.
Ok, I laughed at "shit ass butts".
I think that's true for a lot of people. My ex was cool with it and we watched it together sometimes. But she was still kinda uncomfortable and a little unhappy with me whenever she caught me doing it.
I would add that the Deals probably got more leeway because they made better music.
Holy shit, what if they made a Fight Club sequel? Fucking hell…
I'm not exactly sure I understood everything you said, but I'm going to try to pick up a girl with this stuff asap.
God, that line is brutal. I drop a "not like this" every time someone tries to drop out of our fantasy baseball league.
@avclub-d116ae13554d47530ed800aef8ed5755:disqus fucking F-Zero, man! Thanks for reminding me of that game's awesomeness.
Michael Keaton: fuck yeah!
Shoulda taken a cue from the Speed franchise and gone with Jason Patric in the sequels.
That line makes me laugh every single damn time. It's probably the apex of Keanu's reel.
Those movies are kinda helped out by the fact that the team has to be brought up to speed on their new mission for each one too. Except the first one which was a mole operation and thus never gets fully explained and I still to this day after 15 viewings couldn't really explain to you the plot.
Yeah, I kinda hate the sequels, but have to to remind myself and others that the original is still one of my favorite movies of all time.
This is true, but Ford has also never taken the chances those other guys did. The highs were never as high and the lows never quite so low.
Seriously, holy shit. How is she better looking now than she was in Back to the Future III?
This actually looks kinda awesome! Except for the accent!
Would that really affect your decision?
Come on, dude.
