I know they did. But that was probably because he was Woody Allen. And in his movies he's a somewhat regular guy, so it's less plausible.

What stamina!

They're Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan for stoner shut-ins.

I'm guessing murder/suicide.

Have you tried porn at all?

My fiance and I watched Annie Hall not too long ago. It was the first time she'd ever seen it. She didn't really like it. Her main beef was that a lot of the movie seemed to hinge on us seeing Woody Allen as a suitable mate and someone a woman would want to fuck. She didn't buy it to say the least. It was pretty hard

Great call.

Yeah, that seemed really out of character for Leslie actually. Maybe I'm wrong, but on the whole she likes her mom, doesn't she? They do Galentine's day every year at least. Being an only child with one parent and not telling them about the wedding seems like kind of a dick move actually.

True, but less so if your entire social network is made up of your coworkers.

Glad someone else feels this way. It was unnecessary and broke up the lovefest that was the wedding in front of the whole town. They had a good thing going with staging the wedding at the Gala and all that with the celebrity impersonators and whatnot. And then they fucked it up.

I know Ann has gotten a lot of flack over the years for not being funny and kind of a waste. But she's improved as they've written her as pretty much the one person that isn't a "character" and just kind of a normal awkward person (you could maybe include Ben as the other). She's actually kind of necessary to keep the

EDIT: I'm an idiot. Please disregard.

I just commented above on this too. That was kinda over the top I think and didn't seem necessary.

It all felt a little rushed to me. I know that's kind of a dumb thing to say about a half hour sitcom, but it seemed like they just sped through from "let's do this!" to "it's not working out" to "getting married at the office". The only time I got to breath and reflect was when they read their vows to each other.

I think 3 is more rewatchable if that makes sense.

Thank you! I didn't want to be an NYC snob and point that out, but you took the fall for me. Once I moved here I realized that going from the Upper West Side to Tompkins Square Park is not really helped out at all by you driving through Central Park. Am I glad that part is in the movie though? Absolutely.

EDIT: no I'm an idiot.

The movie is damn near impossible to turn away from if you come across it on TV. What's great about it is the distinct action setpieces that are each pretty awesome. It's either the subway part, the aqueduct part, the Central Park part, etc.

"We're gonna need some more FBI guys…"

Yeah, the movie actually isn't bad and somewhat believable except for that freaking jet. Launching the car off the ramp into the helicopter is silly, yes, but I kinda liked it. And the hacker plot was interesting enough. I'm probably saying this because I just watched it on cable this weekend.
