Oh drat. This thread just made me remember that I had a dream last night that season 2 of Terriers was premiering soon.

Pink Floyd was the first band I really loved, I owe everything to them. My favorite would be either Dark Side or Meddle.

This season hasn't been particularly bad, really. They haven't done anything to ruin the characters (which imo is the only real way a show can get BAD). It's been treading water for a while, and in the beginning of the season they didn't handle the Chuck/Sarah stuff very well. If you enjoy watching the show, you'll

I agree with most of your problems, but the first one I think I can clear up: they didn't need the things anymore because each of them only had like, cuts on their finger.. Rory needed CPR cause the ship's 'doctor' saved him from drowning. I dunno about the kid though.

We're gonna get at least one Ood next week, which pleases me to no end!

@Shan Ah, I've been meaning to watch both of those series. And my friend from the UK said he was kinda iffy on the ending, which would make sense if it's similar to the Lost ending (which I was fine with).

I recently watched episode 2 of seaon 7 of the original series, which was the first appearance of the Silurians. Seeing how much they retreaded with that episode in the season 5 two-parter made it even worse.

Speaking of Doctor Who, how crazy is it that "future version of main character gets unexpectedly killed and their body burnt on a boat in the water" happened in both shows. like, what?

now we can have TWO bug girls!

yes
i really respect these guys as showrunners. they seem to have a great grasp on both the characters and the sci-fi aspects of the story.

ron
the parts with ron were the best parts. especially the end.

go chrome or go home

EXTERMIINAATEE!
AWKWARD! AWWWKKWWAARRRDD!!

nme: okay with mumford and sons, not okay with fleet foxes. that's just a big "keep away" sign right there.

I was watching this episode with a 6 year old. She was terrified of last week's episode, but she handled that scene surprisingly well. Hell, even I was scared.

@Zack yup! i've been reading them after i finish every episode. really enjoying them.

they're right, it was definitely how she was directed. she's just SO much better now.

I'm not trying to avoid BSG, but when I have to make decisions on a new show to watch, I end up choosing other things over BSG. The most recent is TNG, which I am not regretting at all.

Walter has come so far since his crazy bearded days.

"One of the best things about Fringe is how well its learned its lessons - specifically, from The X-Files and Lost, its most direct descendants - of what NOT to do."
